Can you provide a link to the article? I can't find it anywhere - including PMarshalls X page

I doubt that is a real article.

It's not. The only hits on it are from a Twitter (X) post and, of course, tRant.

You clearly have never sat in the Vanderbilt blue blood section.

I honestly thought Marshall was deceased.

Does anyone actually read anything that clown writes?

Before the end of his multi-year show-cause penalty, Auburn signed Pearl to a six-year deal worth millions. In doing so, Pearl became the first coach in college basketball history to be hired while saddled with an active show-cause penalty.

When the show-cause penalty officially ended at midnight on August 24, 2014, Pearl celebrated by dancing and posing for pictures with fans outside Auburn Arena.

Before Pearl's fourth season at Auburn, his associate head coach was arrested on charges of corruption and bribery.

I honestly doubt he wrote this. The absence of any link is suspicious and it cannot be found by searching.

I mean, of course some of you do. Assuming that’s real (and it’s really hard to believe that’s not satire) that is the most bat shite crazy thing anyone will read today. But that guy has been making money for a long time off of whatever percentage of your fanbase eats that shite up. And it’s not an insignificant percentage.

Got a link to what you are referring to?

That article is far too well written to have been written by Phillip Marshall.

Perpetual little brother syndrome...Auburn has always tried extra hard to a laughable level to portray themselves as somehow inexplicably special...the "creed" and other nonsense. They never had the actual results to be special...especially as a distant second fiddle in their own state, so they've had to manufacture their own special "uniqueness" over the decades. Very cult-like.

sounds good chad

There is no way he wrote this.

But this perfectly captures the mindset of many of the Auburn friends I have.

You mean breaking NCAA rules, lying to the NCAA about it and encouraging recruits and their families to lie about it.

Funny that dumbass forgot to mention in that diatribe the fight on an airplane that led to the pilot feeling the need to turn the plane around and return.
