Congrats
Is it true that only about 10 schools have an equestrian program?

I think I saw 23 today but yeah it’s not much

NCAA won’t sponsor it until it gets more. Right now it’s run by the “NCEA”

My daughter rode English and jumpers from the age of 4 and went to camp under the AU lady H/C when in HS "thinking" she would like to be on the equestrian team. I even donated two horses to the school. I can assure you that Equestrian program is as competitive and committed as any athletic program in the SEC and my child changed her mind about riding there since their was no way she could have stood the rigor and did her classroom work. The demands were incredible. LOL @ some questioning the "competitiveness"...

How many outside the SEC even have an equestrian team?

Second question. Are you an Auburn fan or a FSU fan? You can't seem to get that straight.

Apologies if the dissonance between the logo next to my posts and the rather-clear and consistent content is too much for you to process

Equestrian has about 15 D1 teams and Gymnastics has 50+ and championships are actually recognized by the NCAA.

Now, but only a few years ago there were less than 25 D1 Schools that fielded Gymnastic teams. Mainly from the SEC. Those were the years UGA and Bama were making their runs.
