LSU09 reminds me of this joke. These two guys were in the country club locker room naked, after taking a shower after playing 18 holes of golf. One guy noticed that the other one had a cork stuck up his arse. Being curious, the guy asked the other one, hey buddy, I couldn't help notice but you have a cork up your arse. How in the hell did that happen? The other guy replied, the other day I was walking along the beach and tripped over this old bottle. All of a sudden a genie appeared and said, I'm Abdullah, genie of the bottle, I will grant you one wish. I simply said, no shite?

Looks like Auburn will be countering in this little chess game vs bama with a safety D.J. Howard over the next couple of weeks. He's a RB we're recruiting to play safety. Coaches are really high on this guy.

Belue is a loss though, no doubt.

We are going back to a very physical and mean secondary. With Lolley back coaching expect there to be a lot of big hits put on receivers.

Dude this is not a chess game. This is a domination. You can't counter with guys we don't want. The only instate player I see ya'll getting that we want is Ladarius Owens.

Jeremy Richardson was one I thought we were interested in at first, but Bama back off of him a couple of months before he committed to ya'll, and scout dropped him from a 4 star to a 3. Plus I heard his GPA is like a 1.8.

Well, that shows how much you know about recruiting. It's absolutely a chess game, one with momentum swings, timing of verbally going public, as well as the type of players you recruit. CTT did (and I know you should remember this because we beat your as 6 times in a row) a very good job of coaching up guys that weren't necessarily the most sought after players.

Chizik is starting from ground zero, taking a different approach, fewer scholarsips, bigger names. So it will take some time for him and his staff to develop good local relationships. So far, we are off to a damn good start considering this staff has been together for less than a year. We will likely end up with a top 10 class, as will you.

Let's let this whole thing play out this year and let the chips fall where they may. I can assure we won't be far behind in the "rankings", regardless of who you and we get from the state of Alabama.

Auburn has never gotten the majority of the best players in Alabama, even over the last decade when we were beat your asses on a yearly basis. So it really doesn't matter. Enjoy this Saban train, the "S" bumper stickers, the "recruiting national championships", and the delusion that you actually are gonna keep ole saint nick around for more than another year. We'll build another winner from the ground up, and before you know it, the all-time series will be nice and in our favor.

The rivals and scout network both claim Jeremy Richardson has a scholarship offer from the gumps. I would take their word over the word of a delusional gump like you

If that is true, his grade point average is still higher than several other players the gumps have recruited in the last 10 years. Kerry Murphy could not pass the 8th grade without people in the Hoover school system changing his grades and giving him other special treatment, but the gumps still recruited him
