LOL, no… that’s not what that means. The definition of expectation of privacy is written in the statute. You should read it.

And just to clarify this point, you are conceding that Hunter did in fact send those images and videos to the group chat.
Are you of the belief that he did so with the permission of everyone in those images?

We don’t know that at all, actually. This speculation came from a screenshot of a DM where the individual made a comment about Jarquez supposedly cheating. However, that same individual was smart enough to use a VPN to hide their IP address. Why would someone smart enough to use a VPN to conceal their identity from Twitter be dumb enough to out themselves in a DM to a stranger?
I find that rather hard to believe.

I beg to differ. I thought long and hard about the tragedy of that innocent mother being killed and the horror it inflected on her family. It’s a shame Miller aided and abetted in the murder of an innocent woman, hand delivering the murder weapon to be recklessly used on a crowded street.

As stated multiple times previously in this thread, I care that Auburn suffers dearly. That is the extent of it. I’m not going to feign outrage about some slut doing slut things and it getting shared. Sorry. I just don’t care. It bothers me more that he took pics of his teammates while they were just minding their own business. That is fricking weird.
I do, however, hope Auburn is without their best offensive player and that Hugh Freeze has to deal with a full blown Title IX investigation before he ever coaches a game.

It is 100% not illegal under the revenge porn law.
No one in this thread has shown what law Jarquez would have violated. (He had not been charged with a crime).
We do not know who has been suspended.
We do not know if the girl in the video filed a complaint. (Required for Title IX), it seems unlikely that she filed a complaint.
It is highly likely the girlfriend (who I believe is also a student) who posted the videos committed crimes.
Facts: folks at Auburn are not overly concerned.
