Really though, since you seem to be a supreme court justice and all, can you please enlighten me on the availability of federal wiretaps?

I mean I love me some "Law and Order" and all, but if my memory serves me right, any evidence that is submitted in any trial becomes public record huh? (unless JFK is involved)

Please.

Now I'm asking you nicely. Don't come back with some lame arse deflection, at least supply a link.

I really don't want to ask my lawyer brother about something as trivial as the cheating of Auburn University.

The defense has already heard all the wiretaps and recordings.

The Wiretaps were only done for a little over a month from March 1, 2010 until April 7,2010, and there wasn't a single solitary mention of Cam or Auburn on them.

Then there were the 20 tape recordings with Lewis recording Gilley and McGregor from March 2009 til April 2010. Again, no mention of Auburn or Cam, or anything like that.

Kinda like Saban suspending four players the night before the Tenn game for textbook violations. AU played Cam all season even though they knew Cecil was a soliciting SOB.

Auburn officials announced that Cecil Newton is not eligible to play at Auburn and will only have limited access to the program... So what is your point?

Do not confuse them with facts, they prefer blinders, spinning, rumors, innuendo and of course outright lies.

Exactly how do you know that there was no mention of Auburn on the audio recordings... Rumor maybe?

Did the NCAA close thier investigation, if not I guess AU is not so squeaky clean after all.

BTW ask USC how many years the NCAA looked at them and found nothing and guess what their fans said the same things for many years until the NCAA did find something.

I am not saying that AU will get in trouble for the allegations floating around, but until the NCAA officially closes the case I would not be to smug about the findings. AU fans that claim some moral victory before it announced is just as bad as the rival fans who scream coverup for sure.

In short do not let the band onto the field until the game is over.

If they had USC from the very beginning the investigation would not have lasted long.

Again everything as far as we know is pure specualtion and as a fan of the SEC I hope that is all it is.

Wasn't it Yahoo that investigated the USC/Bush shite and published their findings and that's what brought the NCAA into the arena?

Didn't Yahoo investigate the Lyles/Oregon connection to Seastrunk's recruitment and the involvement of Kelly and his asst's with Lyles? Now the NCAA is investigating.

They even mentioned Lyles & Trovonn Reed's connection and his visits to Oregon & Auburn and Seastrunks visits to Oregon & Auburn....

WOW ~ Cam Newton and Bishop Newton will be a sideshow when Yahoo gets finished with their "investigations".... Watch out Trooper Yahoo is on the trail, they know the runners and the pimps and they are leaking it a little at a time.

Can you give me a link or direct quote from either of those Yahoo articles that mentioned visits of Reed and Seastrunk to Auburn, or Lyles taking any recruit to Auburn? Thanks

Read the Yahoo article where Lyles had pretty much ratted out Oregon...

Lyles facilitated Trovon Reed & Lache Seastrunks recruitment ~ both visited Oregon and Auburn.

Do you think your favorite SEC school could have been looked at like this by the NCAA and every media member in the US for 9 months and come out without a scratch?
