LSU will play good off of emotions for a short while then the talent difference will start to show.

It's more of a depth issue on the lines. Definitely not a talent issue. I don't think auburn has finished higher than LSU in any recruiting ranking the past 10 years.

The only catch made by an LSU receiver vs Florida on Saturday was a deep ball to DJ Chark that was halfway caught by the other team as well and most thought was actually an interception. There was not another completion to any wide receiver other than that for the entire duration of the game. This all happened in real life

that was definitely an interception

Never EVER underestimate Gus's penchant of fricking shite up and doing clown shite. I refuse to believe we win at Tiger Stadium until the clock hits :00 and we have the higher score.

Nope. Offense gets that call every time. Unless you're Eric Reid

34-10 Auburn with us getting a garbage TD late.

It won't be close.

If the bama receiver (was it Howard?) would have held onto the ball instead of letting Reid end up with sole possession it would have gone to Alabama like it did for LSU last weekend

He checks down to the running back on the majority of his passes. I've posted picture evidence below on why he's so bad. We did throw a TE screen on 3rd and short which worked and was an excellent call. Also, our leading rusher vs Florida was a receiver.

In the first picture Etling threw the ball to Guice instead of the wide open Stephen Sullivan (#10). In the second he triple clutched then threw the ball to Sullivan as he ran right into the Florida defender instead of throwing to Gage or Williams

Don't forget he also missed a wide open Williams which would have been as easy TD.

I like Etling, but it's painfully obvious the coaches have no confidence in him. He only throws quick dump offs or screen passes. But according to O, it's Brennan who isn't ready for SEC play.

You do realize that Etling could be bad and Brennan could also not be ready for SEC play and be a worse option. I don't trust a thing O says, but the two aren't mutually exclusive.

That pass has to be completed 10 times out of 10 in college football. Period.

This is the most frustrating thing about it. On plays where a blitz dictates throwing to the rb out of the backfield immediately, he doesn't do it. And then at other times we will go 3 or 4 wide (which is rare af) and he will literally swing the ball to Darrell Williams as soon as he receives the snap

Everything about the offense is so predictable. Guice had 17 carries last week. Want to know how many total snaps Guice played where we didn't run the football? TWO. TWO TOTAL SNAPS. AND HE HAD TWO RECEPTIONS. Sorry for yelling

I don't feel like digging up recruiting stats cuz who has time for that... but the talent difference is marginal at best

Unless of course you're talking about coaching staff then by all means carry on

I was at that game. Damn, that was fun.

Too bad the series was discontinued afterwards.

Oh, and OP is right. 37-10 allbarns is about right.

how much more talented is Auburn over LSU?

I knew Danny Etling sucked, and I knew y'alls WR corps were the worst I can ever remember at LSU, and that your #1 Chark is garbage... But DAMN. Auburn has had some insanely bad passing seasons in recent times, but I don't think it was ever that bad

No we don’t. LSU has the talent to beat you Aubtards. Auburn has brought some pretty good teams into Death Valley before. On paper, you could make a case for them being better, but they went back home with a beat arse! Bring it.
