History shall be made beginning tonight. The LSU Fighting Basketball Tigers (who are no stranger to making history considering their conference record) shall become the first ever 14 seed to win the SECT. Matt McMahon will also be the first coach to lead his team to five victories without speaking a single word in any game.

2007-08 Georgia did it. They entered the SEC tournament 13-16. Only 4 games then.

So we play Vandy next who we already beat and then would play Kentucky who we took to the wire (sure, they were reeling then but trying to find hope here).

My man did say the only 14 seed. There were only 12 SEC teams in 2007-08.
