Aggie stays, Mizzou has to go. We could get Texas with the caveat that they're in on a probationary basis...50 years should be sufficient.

I was one of the first people who loved the idea of bringing A&M into the Sec. It seemed like a good fit if you ask me. But yes, they are very obnoxious. And it started day one. They are a different breed of fans for sure.

Missouri is a state that is made up of many different types of people. St. Louis and KC are made up of your typical normal big city people. These two metropolitan area's make up about half of our state.
Southeast Missouri is made up of you typical southern people. Most talk with a southern accent and say y'all. They are much like most southern area's that are made up of farmers and people that live along a big river.
South central Missouri to southwest Missouri are made up mainly of conservative rednecks. This area is much like the people that live around Sand Mountain, AL (Dated a girl from Dutton, AL) or northeast Alabama (worked from Hamilton down to Fayette County)
Northern Missouri is mainly farmland. This area is made up of mainly farmers.
The Springfield area is a conservative city(even though I think that is where Killz is from). It is a college town, but is also the headquarters for the Assembly God Church.
The middle of the state has a lot of German ancestry. Lots of wine and beer made in these area's.
The rest of the state is made up of a mixture of all the area's. Most of the state is made up of people just like most of the southern states. With a lot less Yankees than Florida.

I have an uncle who was raised on a big arse farm in Missouri. When I was a kid we spent a week there with his father as a cool vacation for me and my cousins. I found out real fast that you stand still and don't run when a stampede of steer get spooked. My uncle grabbed the two of us and they just ran around us. Scared me shitless lol. He grew up on a farm yet went to Harvard. Go figure.

The two states are not even close to being similar except for their love of football. Loved my time in Alabama and hated Texas.
There was BBQ (Boars Butt or something like that) place In Winslow, AL I ate at at least 50 times. Better than any BBQ place I ate at in Texas. Most Texans believe beef not pork is what BBQ is made from another big difference between most states in the SEC and Texas.

Texas BBQ is actually some of the worst IMO. But texas is the biggest echo chamber on earth so they will argue it's the best

There is a hole in the wall about 20 miles outside of Austin off the highway as you are heading in. Best damn BBQ I ever had hands down. Texas Bbq in general is overrated but I swear this dive was tops. Even their cole slaw and potato salad was awesome. So there is at least one place in Texas that has awesome BBQ!

My thoughts exactly. How can you not be embarrassed by that? I'm willing to bet A&M will be the 1st university to approve transgender bathrooms on campus.
