At this point, how many of you would take Les Miles as your coach?

A couple of years ago, the answer would have been zero. He has been mocked, made fun of, and ridiculed. His demise has been predicted since he arrived in Baton Rouge. Now, on season 8, he has won 81% of his games, has 2 SEC titles and played for 2 national championships and won 1 of them.

He has built a top 2 program that is dominant over every team but Alabama at this point.

Except for Alabama fans (I know the answer), are their any other fans of SEC schools that would take Miles as their coach, or does the SEC still think he's a joke and would rather stick with who they have? Honest question. Just wondering if opinions have changed.

By the way, its okay to say that you are happy with your coach, but if he wasn't there you would be happy with Miles as a replacement. People weren't even saying that a few years ago. What do ya'll think? I don't know that this has been specifically discussed, at least not that I can remember.

How is that possible? Miles is 27-3 in his last 30 games.

I would have agreed with this prior to this year. But the lack of player development down on The Plains is astonishing.

This summer I would have said:

Chizik
Franklin
Sumlin
Spurrier
Saban
Richt
Muschamp
Mullen

Would be as good or better at LSU than Miles.

So, is the consensus that he is just winining because it is easy to win at LSU? Or, does anyone give him credit?

The "easy to win at LSU" argument is interesting. I wish it were true in the 90's. But, maybe it is the rule now post-Saban?

It was mostly LSU fans ragging on him. Most opposing fanbases dont have a problem with him.

No, i wouldnt take him though I like him.

So, anyone can do it? Even an idiot?

I feel a lot better about LSU's future in perpetuity, then.

I don't understand a word he says but one thing you cannot deny - he gets good players and let's players play. I guess that's a yes. Don't tell them bammers though.

Miles at LSU = Top 3 coach in football. Dude knows how to win at LSU.

Miles at Auburn = Retard that eats grass.

Therefor, Chizik at LSU > Miles at LSU.

I'm talking about some scientific shite here, so frick off with your opinions.

While dominant is a strong word to use, Les does sport an impressive 5-3 record against Bama

I would stick with Mullen. Mullen is the perfect fit for our program as it stands.
