Not saying the NCAA will do anything, but the listed exceptions are essentially a catch-all for almost anything regarding impermissible benefits
Where is it even remotely shown that Alabama has a blatant disregard for such things?
You'll need a Reggie Bush type situation where the benefits were overlooked and/or possibly covered up b the staff to keep him eligible.
Instead, Alabama has a history of self-reporting any such benefits under Saban.
You may wish there was more to it, but there are no specifics at all which makes it impossible.

That was before the TV contracts were so big. USC'S sanctions were nowhere close to Oklahoma and Alabama as far as impact on the program.

I'm overly confident that he's been cheating since before LSU. I get what you're saying tbough, I guess. There isn't any hard proof yet. No paper trail. Which is why I don't think he ever gets busted in any way ever again. It was the talking that got him in hot water, it was the talking.

Nah. Think I’d rather the 2011 NC get taken away from Bama, Saban fired, LSU waltzes into Bryant-Denny and dominates, and wins the West this year. That would be catharsis.
