Sorry, but I don't go to freaking Mississippi for great Cajun food. People in the know go to New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Lafayette to name just 3 hot spots in Louisiana for Cajun food.
In fact, I and millions of others don't visit Mississippi for anything. It's not exactly a destination state.
