Going into that game, LSU was ranked higher than A&M. Therefore, LSU beating you was not an "upset." You use the rankings from that week, not the final rankings at the end of the season.

yeh, the highest A&M was ranked last season was #8
and remember LSU won handedly last year in Kyle Stadium after spotting you a 10 point lead as a "Welcome to the SEC" present from LSU.
and to further shite on your point, LSU beating A&M wasn't an upset in anyones mind. and it won't be this year either.
