Yes it was.

It was you A game against Bama's B- game.
No it wasn't.

You won by 5 points and every one of you thought 1st and goal and the 6 meant a loss for you.
Given that your defense had no answer for Manziel anyone with half a brain knew Texas A&M would have scored had AJ not sucked it up.

You won though
Should have been by more. Y'all were lucky to be in. You forced a punt twice that whole game. You had no answer. Texas A&M should have scored 50.

Congrats
Thanks.

quote:bullshite - the NCAA cleared Bama's textbook players to play, ruled them eligible. Bama played 'em and damned if the NCAA didn't come back and sanction & penalize Bama for playing ineligible players and forfeited the games those players played in.......
I was A&M, I would immediately petition the NCAA for a ruling on his eligibility. It's then on the NCAA. Now, you may not get the answer you are hoping for but at least it is on them and won't come back to hurt your program. The A&M program is way bigger than Johnny - even if the Aggie fans here don't realize it.

So what did Finebaum/ Joe Schad have to say today?
I feel like he and Darren Rovell have some sort of competition going...

Schad's big point was asking if TAMU was going to risk its reputation on JFF's promise that he signed 4k autographs and didn't get paid.

NCAA investigators cannot use information from a confidential or anonymous source to support an allegation or to prove a violation occurred.

You really believe that shite you posted, huh? That's great. Good for you. You'll be the first poster I look for comments from on the early evening of 9/14. I bet you'll be oddly quiet.

You should find a podcast of Mike and Mike in the Morning. A former official from the NCAA said anonymous sources were legitimate. I'll take his interpretation over yours.

You dont even have to go back very many pages to see posters saying that JFF is finished based on evidence from these "eyewitness unnamed sources"
People that keep saying that the NCAA is not a court of law and doesnt require evidence just got showered by thousands of aggie jizz jars

FYi I was kicked off Shag because I didn't confirm to their circle jerk. All new posters get banned from that site, because they have their little inner circle.

My interpretation?? That was direct quote from Mark Emmert in the Washington Post 2 years ago! I'll believe the CURRENT president of the NCAA over Mike and Mike in the morning

Thanks. That is hard hitting analysis from ESPN right there. Did anyone point out that USC, South Carolina, and Ohio State seems to be pretty comfortable with risking their reputations even though they had star players sign thousands of items?
I know, the difference is they haven't been accused. But they didn't trademark their name and piss off brokers, who now have an axe to grind.

maybe you want to talk to the person they interviewed, a former official of the NCAa.

quote:Right dude. Doesn't matter what anyone here says. Y'all think b/c you follow the leaks on the story closely that you can prove you have any clue what's going on in the investigation. You don't. You'd have to work for the NCAA to know, yet Aggies are basking in the sun on the way to the slaughterhouse.

That's fine I'll believe the current president of the NCAA over a "former official".

You're right I have no idea whats going on with the investigation. For all I know Manziel has wired deposits in his bank accounts from these brokers and 6 videos of him signing his name 5000 times and the NCAA is just filing the paperwork.
My point is YOU dont know shite either and these "reports" out of ESPN dont mean jack shite

To bad your source is two years old. the guy on Mike and Mike even said there were multiple changes to NCAA rules on investigation after the Newton case.

Do I believe that even if AJ didn't suck and throw that INT, Johnny would have marched right back down the field and scored? He was dominating y'all in the 4th quarter and just scored in two plays. What would have changed? Y'all would have been allowed 13 defensive players? Your defense had absolutely no answer.
