For your football team this is much worse. Id even argue for the program if Johnny gets ruled ineligible. tOSU was still tOSU. Plus they got Meyer out of the deal. Like I said, you are enjoying this a bit too much. The odds of him being ruled ineligible for the whole season are very small. The odds of a suspension for a set number games is however a possibility.
