OM has denied an FOIA request by CBS claiming they "do not posses or retain a copy" of the new NOA

Just like everything Ole Miss has done in this; delaying the obvious.

This is pretty standard.

FSU and UNC did the same thing.

All we have at this point from the current NOA is the ole miss "we look like death" youtube-conference -- the reality once disclosed will probably be a lot worse.

Since ole miss hasn't released the NOA it is reasonable to assume that they are getting hit hard: at least a 3 year bowl ban, LOIC and additional scholarship penalties -- and probably another forthcoming NOA.

Remember the early party lines of:
1) it was previous coaches
2) it was in womens basketball and track only
3) hugh freeze (the beaver) has not been named

At this point, ole Jackie looks like a saint relative to Freeze.

You are saying the NOA contains a 3-year bowl ban? How you know this?

A Notice only contains allegations, not sanctions.

What makes you think this?

From a legal standpoint....it's much smarter to leave it with the attorneys....for multiple reasons.

One of which is the ability to have some things be dealt with on our terms instead of the public's.

Umm, The University of Mississippi (colloquially known as Ole Miss) is an American public research university located in Oxford, Mississippi

And is why we have all communication with the NCAA going through our attorneys office.

This is something that I kept trying to explain to people on this board but all I got was basically "hurrrr omg ur soooo dumb"

Laughably....it's something that has continued onto this thread.

Once again.

The NCAA did not send the NOA to us. They sent it to our attorneys. They are not subject to FOIA laws. Every school with any common sense uses this route.

But please....don't let that stop you from soiling your diapers while forgetting that you did the same exact thing last year when we you retards FOIA'd us.

Is it not true that in the video the Ole Miss representatives said they would release it eventually?

It is true that they said this. Not sure where the confusion is in that.

Why would there be any confusion in that? I ask you a question and you answered. You don't have to be in defensive mode 24/7

My B

People rarely ask honest questions around here.

But you're right. The outrage over this is hilarious. It's as if people think the NOA contents will magically disappear if they aren't released immediately. The real reason is that people just want to see the contents now because they're bored with their lives and need immediate satisfaction.
