If my coaches didn't chew my arse out or discipline my arse, there's no telling where I'd be today....or even IF I would be here.
I love all my coaches for how they treated me...even the arse chewings...we all needed them from time to time. Builds character!!

The bottom line is Alabama is ridiculously deep. Sears is the only player on the team averaging more than 30 min per game (32). Everyone else is averaging 27 or less. 10 players average over 14 min per game. If anything, Sears is getting preferential treatment. A starter on this team playing only 17 minutes on a night where his shots are not falling is completely normal. This is a team trying to win a national title, not pad the stats of a 5th year senior with no NBA future. Mama needs to chill out.
