At the end of this season, just like most seasons I expect this game to be looked back on as one of the classic games of the season.
I fully expect to see some crazy shite happening out on the field.

I’m personally stoked for this game. Daughter got us tickets in the Arky side so I will be with her and her friends cheering for the Ags. Will have the Aggie shirt and the Arky hat on for this one. It’s been a minute since I’ve seen my girl and I hope it’s an entertaining game. In any case I get to test my daughter and her friends to a nice dinner up in Dallas.
Arky, for whatever reason, has been incredibly sloppy this year. They have some players but I cannot understand the lack of discipline. But if you judge this game from past history, it will be incredibly even and someone is going to have a WTF moment that breaks the game open. Happens so much it might be science.
I do wish this was a home and home.

In Arlington, yes. It's been embarrassing since April Fool Bobby took the skirt for a Sunday drive. Something like 2-10. Before that, lil' ol' Arky whipped Big Cigar Agricultural to a record of 40-25 or some such. Someone will fact check it. Aggy was and always has been 3rd behind UT and Arky historically. And they hate it.

I'm going to need more beer for this one. One last time at the Death Star! Supplier for whole hog wont have a fresh one that will fit on my pit and I am not cooking a 200 lber (there's probably a joke there). May be pork butt, pork belly, and sausage on Saturday.

I like our chances to win... however... if we make our usual assortment of mistakes it will, once again, come back to bite us. Green is still developing as a QB, whoever his last QB coach was didn't train him up worth a damn. If he progresses and we keep our current staff and Green for next year he could be a complete nightmare for defenses.
Our running game is fairly solid, not great, but fairly solid. We are streaky in that department. We are either destroying people on the ground, or lucky to get back to the line of scrimmage.
The big issue is passing. Petrino loves to pass the ball. He loves it with all his heart. The problem is sometimes Bobby gets hyper focused on establishing the passing game. Except for poor UAPB every game has had at least one (usually more) drives where we were tearing people up with the running game and then Petrino insists on going aerial with three straight passes and we wind up punting.
The defense has played very well though when our offense gets cold, and that happens fairly often, they get worn down and make mistakes. Our pass rush has been meh until the last few minutes against Auburn when we finally pinned our eyes back and sacked the QB twice in one series.
