He's a great coordinator. No clue about his capacity to be a CEO type, but if Kirby gives his full endorsement of his ability to run a program to the Arkansas search group it seems like a really interesting hire.

I’ll say this, whoever we are targeting won’t be scoop by in-state media. I’ve not heard this name so sounds about right with how our searches go.

Can’t see the “big money” getting on board and supposedly they were all in with our initial targets.

Also possible we have someone nearly done and have continued to interview. I know I’d be doing that if I were the AD.

This is the route most of these schools will have to go. Find an excellent coordinator and build the infrastructure around him. If true, this is a smart move by Arky.
