I remember when we were allowed to play outside during summer until the wee hours of the night. On my street, we were playing touch football with kids from 5 houses at 4 am under the only light in the cul-de-sac. That’s highly illegal now and considered bad parenting.

There are some people that think people that are night owls have to be inside. Remember it’s a noise complaint from kids from various neighbors past dark, but girls so not like past 10. Hence, more likely a Karen. You’re not going to enforce that kids can’t be loud past dark like a Nazi. God forbid you play music at 9 PM on a Saturday in your backyard if kids horse playing in the front is enough to get the Fuzz involved.

Guy handled it like a pro. This isn't just an "Arkansas" thing. It's a thing in any HOA/POA where some retired Karen/Kevin has nothing better to do than ride around in a golf cart all day harassing people in the neighborhood and handing out "fines". Fines are nothing but a revenue source for the HOA.Many times the "president" of the HOA refuses to allow audits of the books and embezzles lots of $$$$ form the association dues and from the collection of the fines handed out by said president..

I’ve been seeing a lot of videos on YouTube with home owners constantly fighting with the HOA president or committee. Videos on YouTube of a trades men like “I was seal coating the drive way when the HOA pulled up and chewed me out.” A lot of maintenance people getting chewed out bc you need approval from the HOA to have some guy parked in front of your house from 11-2 on a Tuesday. Good grief.

If 10 houses actually called her with noise complaints and kids are screaming in the neighborhood at 10 PM on a weeknight then I can kind of see her point.

What he said. Letting your kids play outside is one thing. When they're causing a disturbance and being little shitheads it's another.

Seems staged to me, too. Like 90% of the viral videos on the internet these days that get the normies in a lather. Manufactured outrage=more shares=more views=more money for the creator.
