You're literally too dumb to debate with. You keep saying that A&M fears playing Texas, but nobody has said that. Everyone understands that Texas is a bad business partner. I keep saying that we are avoiding a bad business deal, but you hear something else.

But everyone knows that A&M is a way bigger name opponent than Alabama, Florida, LSU, Notre Dame, USC, Arkansas, Georgia, Ohio State, Michigan, and the other teams Texas has scheduled in the last 8 years and in the future. Guess we'll just have to live with scheduling those scrubs rather than the aggie program stocked with championships and winning history

Why would we cancel a home and home with Miami for a one off road game in Austin? Read the entire article you cited. The first game between the two schools would be in Austin so we would lose a home game to accommodate that proposal. Hard pass.

If Texas needed Texas A&M (L-O-L at that notion), then why was it so incredibly easy to schedule teams that are much much better in stature, viewership and just overall success?

Also your conference home schedule is garbage not because of the quality of team but because of the quality of their fanbases. The only team you play in conference who would consistently buy their road allocation doesn't even play you on campus. (Oklahoma)
