Arkansas plays Texas this year but TAMU won’t - they must be scared.

Even Bama has scheduled Texas. What’s up TAMU? ...and don’t blame it on Texas; what TAMU wants, it gets, right?

I know you’re trolling, but I wonder why they won’t play each other. It should be a yearly match up.

Agreed. LSU played them in Austin in 2019.

BTW,why won't Alabama play UAB in basketball?

Why does anybody care?

Nobody bitches about LSU not playing The University Of Louisiana or Tulane.

It does LSU no good to play those squads.

Because it would be a fun rivalry to watch. I wouldn’t mind playing ULL every year. And would love to play Texas every year.

I miss playing Tulane. I wish we played them 6 or 7 times a decade. We played USL some in the 2000's.

I have never understood this argument. When you look at the majority of OOC teams ALL SEC teams play a lot of them are either the old "1-AA" or from out of state. I'd much rather play Tulane than Georgia Southern.

Because it’s a historic rivalry and matchup

LSU hasn’t had a rivalry with Tulane in over 50 years, and never with USL. Comparing a Texas vs A&M rivalry to Lsu vs either of those schools is comical.

First thing that you posted that made any sense

Scared of what? They lead the series 76-37-5. What am I missing?

The Longhorns were the reason the series ended with the split from the Big XII. Not even sure that is debatable.

Texas A&M’s home schedule is rock solid while the Longhorn’s has the consistency of applesauce. Texas A&M doesn’t need the game. The Longhorns do. It seems rather simple to me. Do I think that the high end talent leaving the state would be more likely to stay in-state if the game was played? Yes I do, but that in and of itself isn’t a reason to play the game.

If they play us at Kyle for the first 20 years, with Aggies comprising the entire officiating staff, it's a deal.

Otherwise, frick OFF!!!

Oh, and NONE of our games will EVER appear on LHN.

This does indeed sound scared. Y'all really are afraid of big bad Texas.

Good question, but they got scared and backed out

Not our fault, not our issue
