Exactly like Nebraska. My problem was not the constant fawning and coverage of the Hogs, I wish Mizzou had that. My problem was all the local guys on the radio did was shite on Mizzou and A & M. I understand the Aggie hate as there was history. The Mizzou hate was just not founded in anything. Like I said the actually fans were always cool, even going into Reynolds’s in my Mizzou gear for the games.

Can’t believe some of you Tigers are still bragging about your recent record against Arkansas. The last 9 years included 6 of the worst Arkansas football teams EVER under the “leadership of a drunkard and a buffoon. In the 6 years from 2014 – 2019, Arkansas’ conference record was 11-37. For you Missouri graduates that’s 1.8 wins a year and 6.2 losses. Congratulations on padding your record against the worst six-year period in modern Arkansas football history.
The bottom line with Arkansas and Missouri in every sport is that when Missouri beats an Arkansas team, even though Arkansas loses to every other conference foe as well, Missouri gives their coach a raise and extension. However, when Arkansas loses to a Missouri team, the coach is put on notice. If it happens too many times the coach will be fired as they should be. Arkansas won't tolerate losing to a program like Missouri. Try as they might, Missouri is and always will be inferior to the Hogs and that's the bottom line.
On a different subject, what players will Arkansas look at taking from the Tigers after this year? We can always use some of your best. And don’t hate on the players, it’s only natural for minor leaguers wanting to be called up to the “Bigs”.

It seems to rustle some jimmies that Arkansas just does not view Missouri as a rival. There were multiple reporters asking our players yesterday what they thought of the Missouri "trophy" game each year. Each question was from a reporter out of CoMo. I dont get it.
There is no history on the football field between the two.

Of course Arkansas doesn't have currently a true rival as that was destroyed by leaving the SWC and they stopped playing Texas.
Had they remained playing each other after leaving the SWC, it would be very heated and a big deal in college football.
When Arkansas joined the SEC, they left those rivalries behind and when they started those trophy games back in 1996, they put Arkansas and LSU together because they have no true rivals in the SEC. It was and still is a fake rivalry and just like this Missouri game is no different.

That’s the most inaccurate statement I’ve ever seen lol. Only valuable player you’ve taken was Jeffcoat who came off a 1 sack season. Incredible production and the only reason why you got him was because he entered the portal to join South Carolina but couldn’t get passed admissions. He couldn’t come back to Mizzou. Had to find a home.

You're right, Mizzou didn't fire their previous coach who was a former player immediately after he beat Arkansas with a backup QB (from Arkansas).
