Rarely in football can experiences be translated into knowledge of the next levels of football (i.e. high school experiences do not equal college).
That said, anybody that watched Morris Arkansas, even as a pee wee player, knows they didn't have any practices with any physicality.
Morris is likely a great coordinator and will be great for Auburn. But he clearly failed at the most important steps as a HC. Motivation, fundamentals, and physicality.
