Not being an a-hole isn't an "unwritten rule." I like Vitello and wouldn't mind at all him being our guy once DVH is finished, but damn, it is ok to admit the guy screwed up. Doesn't make you any less of a fan to admit that.

I see nothing factually incorrect with what he says. I also see nothing in there that is biased.

It is funny to see UT fans mad about bama chirping at their pitcher, when UT players chirp at everyone, bat flip towards pitchers, etc.

Compared to the rest of the Arkansas media, they make him look smart.

Did ever say he wanted to go to Arkansas? I doubt he leaves Tennessee.

It was the same umpire who has a problem with Vitello.

I feel like they planned on getting thrown out at some point in the game and was just waiting for an opportunity

Umpire and former assistant who was yelling at him in CWS last year had a prior history where he ejected Kivett as a player at KState.

you want that so bad for some reason but we really dont give a fk, and there's NO CHANCE we'd trade Van Horn for that goober.

One things for sure - you're the most down voted UT fatty on the board.

I missed it, why was the pitching coach pissed off?

I still want to know that myself. Surely he wasn't arguing that the batter should have been ejected for hitting the pitcher? I couldn't see anything else to argue about .....Then Vitello just lost his crap for no reason.

TV just needs a handler who can tell him to settle down and shut the eff up in the right situations and let him go at it in others. If they had access to something like a cattle prod they could zap him right in the crotch when he starts to walk out of the dugout.

You’re welcome for the ideas.

Perhaps the ump wouldn't let the pitcher throw some extra warm up pitches after getting hit on the arm? Nothing else makes any sense.

Watching the full-length video Full Video, the pitching coach was already headed for the third base umpire while the trainer was just getting to the pitcher who was still on the ground. Something was already brewing, and I don't think it was extra warm up pitches. Very odd.

When Dollander went down he was screaming in pain. Apparently, Frank Anderson thought the Alabama dugout was laughing at him. That’s why Anderson came out the way he did. 3rd base umpire injected himself and Anderson told him off.

I get defending your guy, but he kinda went over the top with it.... and Tony V went WAAAAAY too far with it.
