I didn't like the hire to begin with. He has flat out confirmed it throughout his career. Has never accomplished anything as a HC. Now he is undoing everything I liked about him as an assistant. We have had bad coaches but they were bad and we fired them. We have literally kept Mike around for 8 seasons with absolutely no justification. It blows my mind.
