Police never said Miller was innocent. They said they didn't have legal grounds to charge him, aka he's not innocent but we're going to let him go because he's good at basketball and the entire dept and DA are Bama fans.

Proof that Miller knew about any altercation or even knew who Harris and boyfriend were?

I’m not saying he should be criminally prosecuted, but he deserves to be kicked out of school for delivering a gun to a public place in the middle of the night when his friend indicated to him there was an altercation or potential altercation and then the gun was promptly used and killed an innocent woman.

I’m also saying the University of Alabama is disgusting trash for their failure to lift a single finger in investigating this and pretending like their hands are tied just so they can win some basketball games.

Delivering the murder weapon to the scene of the crime and not reporting the murder certainly qualifies as being an accomplice. At least in most places not named Tuscaloosa

How do you feel about the scandal involving UGA athletics staff and players killing one another by street racing while drunk in UGA supplied vehicles?

I don’t know if this question has been answered because I haven’t kept up, but did Miller call the police after the murder? He was there when it happened, right? If so, what did he do as soon as she was killed?

Where did this incredibly stupid idea come from that just because someone isn't charged with a crime means they can't be suspended?

That's dumb, even for a fanbase of inbreds with extra chromosomes.

I think it was a stupid tragedy. Anyone who made it out of those cars alive should be held accountable.

Proof that he knew the gun was in the car? Proof that the shooting was premeditated vs. spur of the moment shootout?

Did you read the ESPN article? All the facts are laid out there for you.

Then why wasn't he being charge?

My initial assumption is that those making that type of comment didn’t go to college and don’t know about things like a standards board or code of conduct rules. Not to knock them but anyone who’s been to college knows you can be brought in front of standards for absolutely trivial stuff done both on and off campus.

Why are you trying to make your own life miserable over something that the police have no control over right now. Let it go! Let wait until the final verdict before saying he did know what the gun was for and that he was there to help commit a crime.

Alabama is fine with waiting for the final outcome. As long as it doesnt come before the National Championship. After that they will throw this guy to the wolves

Looking forward to another thread of Bama fans excusing away what Miller did as long as he keeps winning.

And that's the whole crux of it right there. Arky fans are pissed Bama is a better team and they can't stand it. That's why y'all are barking the loudest.

He held his buddy’s gun, and when his buddy who had been out on the town texted him in the middle of the night to bring the gun to a public place where there was an altercation or potential altercation, Miller obliged. Promptly after Miller delivered the gun, it was used and killed an innocent woman.

Being “on call” to deliver a gun is questionable conduct. Actually delivering the gun in that situation showed a reckless disregard for the safety of others. Others like Jonae Harris who would still be alive today if Miller acted more responsibly and with more care toward others. His lack of care was further highlighted by his continued pat down entrance.

Should former UGA FB player Carter be prosecuted for murder instead of only wreckless driving?
