False equivalence.

Seems pretty equivalent to former UA FB players Henry Ruggs' crime.

If an investigation shows that he was involved in street racing then he should be charged with vehicular manslaughter. If the girl who was diving the crashed vehicle had lived I feel certain she would have been.

That girl was a employee of your university and was using a university vehicle so the university should have responsibilities?

Investigation proved Carter was racing against the UGA employee-driven vehicle that crashed. But he was only charged with wreckless driving. Why aren't you ranting incessantly for Carter to be more severely punished like you are for Miller?

He didn’t deliver the murder weapon to his thug teammates like killer Miller did. He made a horrible decision that wasn’t premeditated. It was wrong and stupid and if the authorities find him further implicated you won’t find me making excuses for him.

Carter was essentially driving a deadly weapon, but fortunately he didn't directly kill anyone with it. And, the authorities haven't found Miller to be an accomplice to murder. But you excuse Carter (UGA) and convict Miller (UA).

I’m not excusing Carter. Far from it. If he were not turning pro I’d be screaming for his removal from the team. Not that I’d have to as Kirby doesnt tolerate this kind of trouble

Miller received text asking for the gun.
Miller delivered the gun.

That in and of itself is not a crime. The only way it would be is if Miller had foreknowledge of the accused intending to use the firearm for something other than self-defense (aka murder).

The text he received does not give any hint of such a plan and reads like the accused needed the gun for self-defense - which is every American's God-given right.

Carter had done it before and Kirby didn't suspend him for it. And, you both conveniently excuse Carter since he's turning pro.

Bottom line: You're FOS.
