Where is the noa for LSU still waiting

My statement stands Alabama team or not. It’s swimming.
Interesting though that the swimming coach got a 2 match suspension for a couple of what used to be called secondary violations yet every SEC football program reports a half a dozen or more each year and nothing happens to anyone.

I’d guess they got it a while ago, just like Arizona. Considering y’all are already under the independent ncaa council just like AZ

If you read the guidelines for the new independent resolution process they’re under you’ll see there is no timeline for that at all. You could just wake up one morning to a press conference with them and the university announcing it is over and here’s where we are.

You’d be surprised. With all the foreign swimmers, happens a lot more than you’d expect.

O'Neal committed to Arizona in November 2017 but decommitted in the wake of ESPN's February 2018 report that Miller discussed a pay-for-play scheme with an agent. O'Neal subsequently enrolled at UCLA and now plays for LSU.
Didn’t want to play for a known scumbag like Miller. Came to LSU knowing a squeaky clean program when he sees one.

If swimming were the cash cow, I bet it would look a lot different.

Tuscaloosa ties it to the SEC with this snippet:

Since these are secondary violations, you also have to look at the rate at which violations occur relative to the number of athletes involved in that sport and the size of the coaching staff.

Interesting note that Arizona got slapped with LOIC for their Swimming team having Level 2 infractions. LSU’s self-prescribed post season ban in Football this past year indicates they believe at least one of their infractions will be considered Level I.
No it doesn't.

Well, as we found out in the last report, LSU conspires to violate open records laws.
God, what a cesspool.

NCAA handing out post season bans for a Level II infraction these days?

I like how you highlight the swimming program getting level two violations and a filthy rich lsu legacy transferring to LSU. Neat!

Leave little Sidewalk alone - he’s been in denial for a year.
Also, stop talking to yourself.

Self reporting is a big deal that will take the majority of sting off. It demonstrates institutional control and most punishments can be handled internally and/or specifically to those involved.

The Lack of Institutional Control allegation was due to multiple programs having violations, which is why I highlighted the swim team. Replace swim team with Football team, and that’s essentially what LSU is dealing with.
