I know many said he was a locker room cancer when he entered the transfer portal one year ago.........

Has Lane congratulated him yet?

Agreed. This is the point of programs like Ole Miss.

Develop guys sort the sheep from the goats and let the programs who have won and will continue to win championships bring them in.

This is good PR for ole miss.

They served their purpose and should be happy for him that he moved up and found success.

No different than a G5 coach getting a P5 opportunity.

I agree, but many many Ole Miss greats grinded it out and never won or even played for an SEC title or NC:

Archie Manning
Patrick Willis
Eli Manning
Duece McAllister.......etc

It's gonna be strange to see an Ole Miss football star play for a NC.

To each his own, but that guy isn't the type of player I would spend dollars on. He's talented.

Im generally indifferent to Caleb Downs. He was an elite player everyone wanted, committed to Saban, Saban left, and so did Downs. But I would despise Judkins if I were an OM fan. OM gave him a shot as a lightly recruited player, developed him, gave him playing time and every possible opportunity, put talent and a great scheme and coaching around him, and he still did nothing but gripe and shop around. And it’s not like OM couldn’t offer competitive NIL. They were just tired of meeting every demand, only to be asked for something new every week mid season.

This is why the portal works.

Before guys had to grind it out at a runt program.

Now you can teach your kids about a guy like judkins.

Just because you may not be at your goal on your timeline doesn’t mean you give up.

Keep grinding and you can get yourself to a premier program.

Before all those guys basically had to punt on ever winning anything at the collegiate level and hope to get to a pro winner to ever win again.

That's why I wonder if Lane and Ole Miss fans had to do it over again, would they do whatever it took to keep him happy.

I'm happy for the kid.

He really needs to distance from his toxic mother though.

Judkins wasn't the main problem. We would have given him a far brighter spotlight and he'd have probably been the missing piece for us to make the cfp.

He took a pay cut and got regulated to a back up.

Sucked to lose the kid but it was really outside our control. Imo it cost us dearly.

We will see if he ends up as the backup rb on the national championship team or the backup rb on just a cfp team.

He could have been the feature back on a cfp team.

he got two touchdowns and led his team in attempts. He is the feature back on a cfp team and led them to the championship.

He is the backup. He got 9 carries.

He did set the tone for OSU early though.

Also, they haven't won a national championship yet. I suspect he will, as the backup.

But the Irish are lucky so who knows.

We surely missed him. He wasn't a backup for us.

lol Henderson is their feature back. More attempts, more yards and better yards per carry. Judkins is their RB2.

Henderson had 6 attempts, judkins had 9. Henderson only had 6 more yards too and judkins had 2 TDs which is more important than yards.

He was. I have no animosity for him leaving. Not happy for him or angry at him or anything else. He’s just a player on another team now. Glad he’s playing well

Henderson had more yards rushing and receiving.

He was on the field for more snaps.

He had the biggest play of the game. Screen pass for 75 yard TD seconds before halftime.

Henderson is listed as #1 on the depth chart.

Attempts
Judkins-183
Henderson-132

Yards
Henderson-967
Judkins-960

YPC
Henderson-7.33
Judkins-5.25

Receptions
Henderson-27(yds 284 TD 1)
Judkins-20(140 TD 1)

I don't think either was the "feature back", more like a great duo.
