Considering the SEC Rant thought LSU wouldn’t win a game this year it could’ve been worse.

Mid-coaching change, more lineman attrition than old people getting sick, first-full-year HC and OC, banged up star players on both sides of ball, second-year DC, painfully questionable AD, ceaseless yaw-yaw jokes...
Then beating 10-ranked Auburn, softening up Alabama for Moo State, really pulling those freshmen O-linemen to something truly more than serviceable, possible if not likely top-15 finish...
I think all things considered, we’re pretty fricking happy in year one.
Jesus Christ Shut the frick Up.
You are an embarrassment as a LSU fan if you believe what you typed. frick

Ding, ding! Coach O went from getting fired after the Troy game to really quieting the critics to be honest. Since that point to date, Florida, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Arkansas and A&M will all be looking for new head coaches.

LSU is on pace to be 9-3 with a first year coach.
That would be better than the following SEC schools did with their most current coach in their first season:
Bama
UGA
UF
OM
Mizzou
UK
Vandy
UT
Miss St
USC
Arky
We certainly have had issues this year, but this troll just seems off......

season is not over. if we win out and beat a good team in the bowl, it will be a good season. I am most happy that the trajectory is going up.
then we need to see which juniors leave besides guice, key, and Jackson, and how the next class fills out.

We just took about the weirdest path ever to 7-3. I’m in shock the wheels didn’t come off after MSU/Troy. Next 2 games are loseable though. I do not trust Etling.

Honestly, I realistically expect LSU to be a contender next year in the west. This just wasn't our year. We have went through alot on the line of scrimmage, which is key to being successful. Next year we will have a realistic shot to make a run. I don't see clapp leaving or brumfield leaving. Weathersby will prob leave bc of family issues, but he should return too really. Our lines will be much improved next year and our passing attack. I'm anxious to see our rbs next year. With edwards heaire, and brossette returning, curry and joiner more than likely coming in and possible cain, we will have young talent in the backfield. Things are looking good for our program under coach O. He has silence l alot of critics with the teams performance this season.

Troy is a decent team. Nobody wants to hear it but it's true. They went 10-3 last year, won a bowl game, and played Clemson to a 30-24 game. This year they returned everybody, are 8-2 with a close loss at Boise and a win at LSU. They'd probably be 4th or 5th in the SEC East this year.

edwards helaire is completely unproven. He has potential so im hopefully but who knows.
Brossette is not an SEC caliber running back.

Sweet baby Jesus, calm down. Just because we didn’t get your boy Herman and O is proving you wrong, don’t go virtue signaling to other O and LSU haters.

How is O proving anyone wrong by getting blown out by Moo State, losing you troy and watching Bama mercy knee a 14 point win at the 2 yard line?
Posted on 11/16/17 at 11:12 am to IAmReality
Just wait until O gets a few years of 3 stars in the program. 2019 season could be a melt for the ages.

At least you're consistent.
Consistent like, Aggy getting skullfricked by LSU.

Yes. I think we made a statement this year that we may be the best team in the West. Alabama got lucky that we missed a couple of deep passes, otherwise we win that game easy.
Posted on 11/16/17 at 11:38 am to BarnHater
Well, we don’t win easily. But we sure get a chance to tie it and then...who knows?
