you have to be kidding, I quit going to Baton Rouge for precisely that reason, LSU is rapidly becoming Thug U. And they have been threating every fan base they play. I would think they are a vocal minority, except I don't hear any LSU fans rebuke their threats
I admit, in my youth, when I was weak, I stomped many a mud hole in visiting gumps...But I promise, they left with all the teeth they arrived with.
All three.

Bro, LSU is like the only program that actually internally suspends players for THC tests. It’s like a friggin private catholic school — they done gone and nixed half their defense.
...Not to mention this is coming from a fan of a team that had a STUDENT call in a bomb threat at our stadium this year.
Played yourself.

Red Stick is a city that is so god awful the part that had any money at all seceded and formed their own town. Maybe you should be asking why people from Louisiana don't even want to be in Baton Rouge instead?

I'll be there with two Aggie buddies. Expecting to have a great time, but worried about the weather.
My mom is from Baton Rouge, both parents and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins are LSU grads and/or die hard fans. Looking very much forward to their annual big family tailgate.
Not worried about LSU fans in the least. That said, I do hate going to Baton Rouge now. The I-10 traffic is ridiculous and the town is generally a dump. Great memories from my childhood, but luckily very rare occasions to go back these days.

Nobody wants to go to Baton Rouge, it's just where you have to go sometimes when you'd rather be in NOLA.
I’ve been to College Station. I’ve also been to Oxford, Athens, Starkville, Tuscaloosa, Nashville and Gainesville. College Station is by far, the worst, most boring College town I’ve ever been to. It sucks. The bars suck, the restaurants suck and the people suck. They want to play checkers and chew tobacco in bars. A bunch of redneck wannabes.

another thread with LSU being obsessed with Bama. Very sad.
Also can’t believe the tigers think people are scared of them.
Have some class LSU . Your team is 1 in the nation and the fans act like this is the first time. Act like you been there before. Not a bunch of classless corn dogs as usual.

There is the intensity of American football fans. The extra “Tiger Bait!”’s. The fervent vocalizations. The extra alcohol. Maybe even some insults.
But the physical violence just for liking something else? That’s reserved for ANTIFA, soccer fans, and Jimbo‘s nephew.

In thirty years of going to games at TS, the only fights I have personally witnessed were between drunk LSU fans fighting amongst each other about I don't know what.

They are slowly transitioning to the liberal soft fan base they hate 2nd most in this world. In 5 years they will be full on Texas/Missouri SJW soft.
