you fricking hick and you've said nothing worthwhile at all in this thread, just a bunch of emotional mewling about a QB you're afraid of.
So, sort of like what I just quoted? You're the ones pissed in here.

Hasn't he proved that now? He's bigger than the program!

send Johnny a letter asking him to kindly not be a douche in public

but welcome to the microscope

You've got a very limited perspective. I don't know why some of you have such a hard time considering the possibility that Aggies know more about his conduct with fans and kids at team events and around the community.

JFF? I thought his name was Johnny Paycheck now? Johnny Ca$h?

Guy spent at least three fricking days on campus trying to find someone to say something negative about Johnny's character.
I don't know what that is, but it's not sports reporting.

ESPN has gone full Tebow on Manziel. They have gone 100% in on him being the biggest story every week ever since he won the Heisman and have over sensationalized every move he makes.
Tim Tebow was a saint and ESPN managed to turn him into a guy everyone loved to hate. They've done the same thing with Manziel. Would have done the same thing with Cam or RGIII, but both went to the NFL. Hell, ESPN is doing everything they can to turn RGiii into a bad guy.
Apparently 95% of people can't see through the bullshite. A drunk a-hole at a party throws a beer at Manziel, and somehow that make Manziel the bad guy.
I don't give a f***. They will ride Manziel's coat tail, collect all the $ they can off him, and then move onto another player when he either fails, goes pro, or becomes stale to the public. That's the way media works.
In the meantime, I'll enjoy having the best CFB player in the country on my team.

Oh okay. Like the manning academy he was supposed to be a mentor at. I got ya. This is comical really. I can't believe people are actually still taking up for this guy like he's a victim or something.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not claiming that he is. What I am claiming, and what is ineluctable fact, is that he has a part in everything that's happening.
If he would control what he could control, Aggie fans wouldn't have to suffer through media bullshite.

ESPN is a joke. What can I say?

Dude, ESPN didn't make JFF blow your head coach off in front God and everybody. If Sumlin doesn't do something he's a bitch and the rest of the team and the media will treat him like a bitch.

I agree that piece may have went a little overboard but what does this guy expect when he's constantly trying to show his arse
Posted on 9/1/13 at 1:06 am to cyde
FWIW, while I don't have much issue with him returning smack talk to Rice players, I would have no problem with Sumlin sitting him for the first half again next week to send him a message.

You can't just look at it that way. At some point, Johnny has to say, "I'm a grown-arse man and I need to take responsibility for what I'm capable of taking responsibility for."
He can't control what they do. He can, however, control what he gives them.

I see where it comes from, but tRant gonna tRant. I may hate it sometimes, and when I have enough of it, I take a hiatus. Honestly, though, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Manziel flew all over the country attending sports games in Miami, NY, etc, a Drake concert, went on two trips week long trips in Vegas, passing camps in Oregon and Louisiana, multiple award shows and after parties, a Spring Break trip to Mexico, and the worst thing that happened was that he overslept for a meeting at a camp he was volunteering at.
Give me a god damn break. I would have been in jail in half of those cities if I made those kinds of trips in college.

We know he's a douche. I've said that plenty of times before.
But that has nothing to do with semi-literates obsessing on non-football issues so they can have some drama to fap to on a Saturday night.

I don't have a problem with smack talk either but when you let it get to you so bad that you let it cause a penalty and that much attention then his attitude needs adjusting. You can trash talk without all the gestures and attention. You don't see players out there air humping when they're talking about fricking an opposing players girl.
