Not sure “excited” is the right word.
I was glad not to lose!
Our season ended exactly as I predicted, so I wasn’t disappointed, nor was I overly exuberant.
I was glad to snag a win against a solid Ok State team.
Onward!

I get that but pretty disappointing considering the facilities, recruiting base, and amount of money. I feel for y’all.

The second half adjustments made by Fisher and staff should be encouraging. Fisher out coached the Mullet the second half.

Lots of freshman in the starting rotation getting better every week. Glad they got the extra practices and a win over a ranked team to end the season on a positive note and get ready for next year.
Overall this season went exactly as expected. Lost to the best of the best, beat everyone else.
Lots of Sumlin recruits still graduating/transferring out, lots of young Fisher recruits taking over starting roles and getting better every week. Jimbo is rebuilding A&M's roster from the ground the ground up, and it's starting to come together as a complete team. We haven't had a complete roster since Mike Shermans recruits made up the majority of starting positions, I'm happy to see Jimbo taking us back in the right direction.

No one knew how good or bad ATM was this year. They Played half the Playoff Teams, Alabama, Georgia and Auburn.
That's going to be LSU's road to the National Championship and they did it in the regular season.
They beat a former conference member and that was important for them.
The halftime adjustments worked well for Jimbo. I think they will be a 9-10 win team next year.
All this combined and I would be pretty happy if I was stuck being an Aggie fan.
