It is a grind... Unless you play YOUR schedule. Then it isn't. Well..it is for YOU, but it wouldn't be a grind for most others in the SEC.

You played 1, Georgia. None of the other teams finished the season ranked.
In the playoffs you continued the theme of having the easiest possible schedule. You got 2 teams that only made the playoffs because of AQ status. They were otherwise ranked like #15 and #17 or something like that at the time. Clemson had 3 losses already and Arizona St had 2. The only ranked team Clemson beat was SMU, who themselves never beat a ranked team.
A good example of why the current playoff format is absolute dog shite.

I have been ragging on the guy since high school. I watched a few videos of him during HS and he was man against boys. Now it's man against much bigger, faster and stronger men. If his last name was Rumperstilskin he would have been a 3* out of high school. I wish him well. I'm done ragging on the kid.

The kid has the ability, but I think his problem is upstairs..
Option 1
it’s the yips.. which explains the lack on consistency from week to week.. He has a great 2nd half against OU, making some NFL type throws in really tight windows.. then regresses to not be able to complete a simple drag route just like in the Ohio State game.. I could make that throw. Literally. Rinse and repeat for other simple routes.
Option 2
He complete plays under duress with a guy hanging all over him, or like a black bear is chasing him, where he doesn’t have time to think about it.. which is another symptom of the yips..

You're on to something, although I think he can be fixed....but not with Sark.
