What’s the Sark appeal?
He was mediocre at Washington.
His best season ever was 9-4 at USC.
He hasn’t had a winning season yet at Texas.

$o what i$ the $ark appeal?
quote:

"He made this decision on his own. This was his decision to make," said Nelson Stewart, Manning's high school coach. "I'm just happy he's where he needs to be. He's an 18-year old kid. There was a lot on his shoulders. Took his time and showed a lot of maturity.
quote:

Stewart added: "Sark, besides being a genius in pass game and second to none in football acumen and offensive ideology, he's a good person. He and A.J. Milwee formed their own relationships. They really took the time to really recruit hm. I was able to see it firsthand."

Correct, OM has many drawbacks and the new NIL era is not going to be kind to that school.

Holstein is better, so Bama got the significantly better QB. Manning is wanted for his name and hype. Kid is a "perfect" fit for Texas. Overrated QB for a consistently overrated school.

Would love to see the QB room with Ewers and Manning. Ewers was promised the starting job in order to get him on campus. I'm sure Manning was promised the same

Texas Hill Country is great, no doubt, but Austin isn't what it used to be.
Too many aggies. And Red Raiders, Buckeyes, Nittany Lions, and Californicators, transplants ...

Dipshits buying small houses with big yards, building McMansions, and then complaining that the music around the corner that has been there for 40 years is too loud.

Austin is a big metropolitan city with hobos on every corner downtown, homeless under I-35, and LA-type traffic these days. The city used to be nice but nowadays you couldn't pay me enough to live in that hole.

Are there dogs with bees in their mouths, and when they bark they shoot angry bees at you?

Not understanding the question? Austin is a hole, but then again I live in CO. Everywhere is a hole in comparison to where I am ...

This explains everything. Poor kid. Apparently the college experience means a lot more to him than the game of football

The old Manning men can push Sark around and tell him how things are going to go. That is the appeal of Sark/Longhorns to Grandpa and Dad Manning.

Anyone can push Sark around - guy is the most wishy-washy HC I've seen in a long time. He's perfect for the sip boosters in this regard.
