He realizes what a flash in the pan this Brady/Burrow season is and what reverting to the Ed O mean will do to his prospects in the future.

Even then though, I figured it would take more than UNLV to pull him away.

Was it more a flash in the pan with LSU beating you 9 out of 10 years
Or
aTm beating LSU once and losing 9 in a decade.

UNLV is a sleeper program. They'll be playing in the Raiders stadium next year.

What’s it like knowing he’d rather be in a G5 cellar dweller than College Station?

There should be a flash back to the past to prevent your parents from making you so that we don’t have to read these shite threads.

If Aranda is leaving, it's because he and O had substantial disagreements on defensive strategy this year. With a quick-score offense, we needed a defense that could get off the field. It needed to take chances. If you attack, you get off the field because you either

* Get a turnover
* Get a 3-and-out
* Give up a big play and let the opponent score

But you get off the field. Aranda didn't want to do that. We didn't play that kind of defense until the Arkansas game, and there was obviously tension between Coach O and Aranda. In post-game press conferences, Coach O would pointedly say that the defense needed to do a better job of getting off the field.

I think that Aranda ended up getting forced to play a style of defense that wasn't what he wanted to do. I don't know whether he's upset and leaving, or whether O was upset and asked him to find another job, but there's no way that this happens otherwise.

In Baton Rouge, there isn’t much different between in or on right?
