Is this portal data correct?
Is Kiffin managing portal for LSU? Appear to be losing a lot of players. I thought Kiffin is the "Portal King".

These threads are dumb for a number of reasons.
Everyone is going to have more leave than incoming at the start. So looking at these rankings right now and making a big fuss is just dumb.
They do not include high school recruits. Transfer portal only is to pretend there is no other means by which players come and go.
They don't take into account players that ran out of eligible or declared for the draft early.
The rankings are interesting and I use them to see just a general information on who went into the portal and who has come in from it. But to make it some end all be all of meaning is really kind of silly.

Aggie only scored 3 points in the playoffs this year which is sad.

Most of the data makes no sense to me.
First of all, idk how the Index Score is calculated, perhaps one of you can explain it?
But the biggie is this, out of 70 teams 4 have more Transfers In than Transfers Out.
What's the deal? Did all those Transfers Out fall into a black hole?
Of those 70 teams only 3 of them lost a 5-star and none of them gained one.
There are 75 4-star Transfers Out, 50 4-star Transfers In and a cursory glance at the 3-stars show the same pattern.
Looks to me like a whole lot of players are simply disappearing from the top teams.
Are we finally seeing across-the-board parity in college football or am I reading this chart all wrong?

Most have little PT, depth pieces, etc., part of the game. A few I’m sure we’d rather keep but they’re shopping. I don’t think we’ve lost one guy that we really wanted to keep.
