Lets see if he is developed further. Most Mullen QB's hit their ceiling in year 1.

Are you saying Georgia lacked talent?

You should know we had obvious issues at WR. Lets review the LSU game you love to refer to:

WR #1: out for season
WR#2: suspended first half
WR#4: tore ACL in first half
WR#6: knocked out in first half

Most, if not ALL, teams would struggle with that kind of situation.

They have to make up something. Mathis will be handing the ball off most of the time, when he’s not throwing an interception.

We were already struggling with 3 early entries into the NFL draft from the 2018 squad. WR1 was our grad transfer band aid. WR2 and WR4 were solid by the end of the season but just true freshmen.

Not to mention our other #1 WR ( Cager)who
was out for the game along with Swift essentially missing the game (3 carries,)

Watching them panic and try to explain away these things is sure to make their rivals happy.

"We didn't have enough receivers, I know we won the recruiting National Championships but we just didn't have enough talent."

"We lost four starters on the OL, two starting receivers, our starting veteran QB, two starting RBs, two starting TEs, our OL coach and OC but we're definitely going to be good with our highly-touted transfer QB, nevermind, we lost him, too.

No, we're totally going to be fine on offense with limited practices."

I definitely look forward to this year.

Fromm had the worst completion percentage and threw less touchdowns than 2018.

Strange that you don't mention his 2018 year. Here ya go: 3rd nationally in QBR,30TD's 6 INT's and 67% pct.BTW he had the best Freshman year in UGA history but Kirby can't develop QB's

I would've LOVED to have seen what Trask was gonna do when your guys at WR initially dropped out but unfortunately they came back and it still wouldn't have been as bad as our losses.

Georgia fans still melting that their superstar QB said “Nah, no thanks fam. Y’all stink!”

Bruce Feldermans reported that Jamie opted out because he felt the talent around him was inferior to what he had at Wake Forest. TIFWIW!

Even an LSU fan is not that fricking stupid.

Wake doesn't have 3 players who could start for us.

The OL we have all played plenty last season and the backups are top quality. Our top two RBs played well last season and we have some others that look good enough to start at most SEC schools, including Florida. Our top two WRs are equal to most any other starters in the SEC.
QB is the big question at Georgia, and would have been with Newman or anyone else new to the SEC. But no player on the Georgia roster has lost to Florida or Mullens, and every player on the Gators has lost to Georgia every time they played them.
Time for you to say 1980.
