I don't really care for TN but I wouldn't wish ill will on anyone like this. Lord knows we've been thru tough times the past decade and a half. It'll pass man..you just gotta weather the storm.

Yea I'm sure we will be just fine. It just sucks that this could have all been avoided if we didn't hire the sucker in the first place.

O yea I think the majority of our fans are fine that he left for USC but it's just the way he did it and then basically said our program as "on the job training" for him to go to USC in his presser.

His departure was pretty much exactly the same behavior he showed the whole time he was at UT...
As far as on the job training goes I"m guessing you'll have 85 scholarships and games on television next year... some people saying the same won't be true at USC

Elephants never forget. The fact that TN also bid on Albert Means and walked has not been forgotten by me or alot of other BAMA fans. Nobody likes a rat. I'm sure that there are some BAMA fan who have forgiven and forgotten just not this one. Karma is a bitch, now deal with it.

But Bama had that karma coming from years of cheating dating back before the Bear. I'm not sure there is enough karma in the universe to pay Bama back for all of the shenanigans they have been a part of.

The Albert Means deal is a differernt issue to me. Its not like one school is cheating and got caught and had to pay the price. I don't have any problem with that. It's when two schools are cheating and one rats to walk free. That's a different deal altogether from what misdoings took place back in the day. When I say all schools cheated back in the day I dont mean for that to sound like justification. That is NOT what I am saying. Back in the day players prefered to go to BAMA even if they were going to sit the bench, wether or not they recieved benifits has never been proven before '93. Name an instance in the past though were BAMA said "We're guilty too but we want to rat on X school so we can walk free".

I can't even remember a time in UT football history that we ever took the attitude that Lane Kiffin came to Rocky Top with. We were so used to defending our pride and university so much that we let a kid sell himself to us and then present ourselves among our rivals and the country as something that UT football or SEC football is not about.
I don't expect any of the flames or anything to stop but I can tell you right now that UT fans have disrespected the SEC in allowing a kid to coach one of the prestigious programs in a prestigious conference and all of us truly regret that decision and hope that UT will rejoin our top dogs (AL, LSU, UF) at the top of the nation as we continue to keep it in the family.
Grow a pair of e-balls.
