I'm glad this poll means nothing in the grand scheme of things. It was nice to finally get the #1 spot from a historical perspective, but a lot of these voters don't deserve a vote.

Jesse Newell is still very unimpressed with Auburn. He has Auburn 7th in his ballot... Kentucky 4th

Jesse Newell's ballot

What is Auburn's best road win? Bama in Tuscaloosa?

Right. I know there's more examples than just UK, like Auburn being 9th a week ago. But earlier when we beat UNC by 30 on a neutral court, someone ranked them a spot higher than us

I’d say so at this point.

By far.

The next best I can think of is at @ #62 St. Louis.

LSU has got to get Pinson back at full strength or they will keep bleeding winnable games and screw up their seeding even further

Bama would be better off losing as many as they can in the regular season then barely get in the tournament as a 12 or 13 seed. They’d probably go to the final four if the played nothing but top 4 seeded teams.

Am more amazed that the only sport that UGA tries to compete in is Football. As many resources and recruits in the State of GA in all sports, you would think they would at least try. I guess the 40 years of underachieving caused them to focus on Football. Maybe now they can join the rest of the SEC and participate in other sports.

We do a decent job in most sports except men's basketball where we have one of the worst programs in the country. If UGA was serious about it, they'd model their hire after Auburn & find the equivalent of a Bruce Pearl type guy (questionable ethics / morals but proven track record / program builder).

Still butthurt about gymnastics

No, just giving the wet cardboard IQ OP a hard time for calling it a “Gymnastics match” in his previous thread.

I agree. Bama has the talent to beat anyone, but Oates just can’t get consistency out of the bunch.

At the tournament we will either lose to Vanderbilt on Thursday or beat Kentucky on Sunday to win the whole thing

Yes! Those gymnastic matches are a blast!

I love when they serve from the baseline and spike the ball at the net. That's two of my favorite events in gymnastics
