They always will. All they have to do is lean on history. They don't actually have to play anyone or do anything well. They are THE ALMIGHTY NOTRE DAME!

Because they were over-ranked in the pre-season and haven't yet lost a game.
Baylor's schedule is shockingly easy compared to other top 10 teams.
TCU is piling up injuries, so they'll likely drop over the next few weeks.
