As has been said ad nauseam, it appears that the DA office does not have the evidence to meet the intent requirement of any crime.

how much money do you think that cost a bama booster?

here is the 100% truth of the situation......

if he was at the end of the bench, he would have been booted from the team. He is really good and the key piece for your team. So your University has chosen to look the other way.

If you believe that the Tuscaloosa County DA’s office is or has done something wrong, file a complaint with the Alabama State Bar and/or contact the Alabama Attorney General’s office.

I am absolutely positive somebody above their pay grade is looking into it. This is not some backwoods news. I saw it talked about on multiple morning shows.

ETA and let's ignore this...........

That logic goes both ways.

Y'all are so concerned about "justice," you've ignored most every detail and focused on one name.

We all know why.

You gonna listen to the corrupt local small town cop, who's not only a lifelong fan but also on the payroll?

This is like you Bama fans taking the letter from Miller's lawyer as gospel

Nope, it's up in the thread.

Police have said another player, guard Jaden Bradley, also was at the scene.

There were four BAMA athletes present and three are current players.

And a gun left the scene . . . and we haven't heard who went where and when.

Sure, but didn't that letter state that all of the events were "clearly captured on video"?

That would be pretty idiotic for all of this to be on video, and for some reason multiple people have decided to risk their careers anyway just to let this guy play in a basketball game.

I mean people are calling for the FBI to investigate. Once they show up, does everyone cross their fingers that they won't immediately go to the tapes, just so Miller can hammer Auburn by 30 in a week?

Was Miller’s drive to the scene of the crime after he received the text message captured on video so we can confirm whether he read the message or not?

Maybe so. But if this was three suburban students from Birmingham with the exact same set of facts, there is no chance those 3 young men are still in good standing with the University. The expulsions would have been fast and furious. The denouncements from the academic ivory tower would have papered the admin building.

Consider this, though. The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama is based in Birmingham. So if the U.S. Attorney investigated the Tuscaloosa County DA’s office and didn’t find wrongdoing, would this board accept that or just start screaming about another conspiracy out of Birmingham?

Y'all need to go to the Perry Mason/Murder She Wrote board with some of this shite.

You do understand that law enforcement officers and the district attorney have said there is nothing to charge him with? What do you think they're basing that on?
