I grew up a Cowboys fan, loved Tom Landry. I even stuck with them when Jerry a-hole Jones bought the team and they (unceremoniously) fired Landry. I stuck with them through Jimmy Johnson and his arrogant, toupee wearing Miami arse. I stick with my team.

Then they hired Barry Switzer and I said to hell with it all. I haven't been a pro football fan since, and I don't miss it.

My uncle was a two time All-American under Switzer when they won back to back in '74/'75. His Sooner season tickets are 6 seats away from Switzer himself. My uncle(very successful business man in Norman) is staunchly conservative and for one of the recent Governor elections, he got a call from Barry asking for donations and asked if he would endorse the candidate my uncle already intended voting for. My uncle decided to abstain from voting that year. I think he said something to the effect of, "I love Coach, but when he's involved, you know he ain't up to no good."

Gonna watch today at noon. They make it hard on me, but I'll watch it anyway. Go Cowboys.

Nobody from A&M is complaining about all the holding calls they got away all yesterday. Everybody holds, but when you see jerseys stretched to the point they are about to tear, it needs to be called. The league wants to protect their best player, but I think it is a little too obvious.

A few missed holding calls aren't equivalent to the importance of getting that horse collar. They are not the same. And before you get your panties in a wad, read my last couple posts on this subject.

I'm ready for another nail biting shootout where whoever has the ball last probably wins.

Missed/bad calls happen in every game. I think the score reflected the slightly better team won a close game, but I understand ATM fans wanting that horse collar call and being upset about it.

A&M takes the loss and all the crap that goes with it, but some of these Auburn posters sure have a hard time taking their win the same way.

So some A&M folks are pointing out an obvious missed call that affected the last drive? Big deal. I would understand if the roles were reversed and y'all were pissed. You still won the game and deservedly so. Your d-line and staff deserve all the credit.

Congrats, now beat Bama.

Bull shite. When the holding occurs on plays that go for TD's, they are more important. Great logic there A&M gump.

If history tells us anything, then you have to add Jerry's insanity to Kiffin's ability to fail upward, and you get Lane Kiffin as the next Cowboys coach.

......and your mangina was hurting last night and it is apparently killing you today. Damn dude, you cry like a little bitch. Stop making excuses. You do realize you are whining for an official to win a game for you, don't you? The officials didn't cost you the game, your D did. We told you time and time again that our O would run it down your throat. We did. Stop whining like a punk arse bitch and take your damn medicine. You and Bob ran your mouths more than anybody last week. You were wrong about the game. Deal with it.

I just think Malzahn will love going against that defense, and Auburn's defense is good enough to make a few stops.

a little late to the party here, but, yes I picked it in the pool I am in. FWIW right now I am picking Aub over Bama but several wks to go for that one. Not sure if Aub has two big wins in it this year.

and no I am not picking LSU over Bama at this point...
