But, seriously, brisket is better meat. Pigs are omnivores. Beef is much cleaner meat. Plus, the whole wallowing in shite thing and risk of Trichinosis*.

And why wouldn't it? LSU is pretty much playing a game every year in A&M's back yard. The recruiting war will be as intense as any in the country.
