This would make me jam that brake pedal through the floorboard.

You want to see them squander his talent?

Nope, and he lived up to the hype.

Why should they?

Just cut the brakes and enjoy the ride. It builds the excitement that makes football great.

"Fan"atics should not always be held to the constraints of realistic expectations. Where is the fun in that?

Not me. I'm realistic about Mississippi State sports. But State will finish at worst 3rd in the West.

Stidham was and is the best QB in the SEC, so that's not exactly the same bro.

Of course. RB and OL are huge questions, and O is still the HC. Not to mention Ensminger hasn’t been a full time OC since season 1 of Beverly Hills, 90210. Any optimism for 2018 should be focused on what should be a classic fearsome LSU defense. Bringing in Burrow hopefully gives the D a little extra support.

Going into 2019 should be much more hype with the offense, and it should help balance and streamline the QB development behind Burrow, giving Brennan and Narcisse more time to grow.

I’m not sold at all. Optimistic but this guy hasn’t taken a single snap for LSU yet. I think most of us feel this way.

I'm not some pumper saying we winning it all but we will be much improved in the passing game now. The idea of having a QB who can put up stats like 25/30, 300 yards, 3 TD's is big for us

I’ve already said I don’t even remotely expect to win a national championship this year.

If he is good enough to be a passing threat, we have a good chance at a 10-2 type of season and with this schedule, that’s respectable.

Are you really that obsessed with our transfer QB that you went to see when he came into a game and what the score was. Wow.
