Brake checking someone is ADW?? Man that seems like a major overcharge by the DA.
ETA: I read the full report. Adding in the accusation of gunshots and long term harassment and I have to believe Kirby will cut him loose. Well Texas, y'all were pissed when he chose UGA over you guys. He'll likely be available soon.
