And I remember when rival fans laughed at how low Alabama was ranked in recruiting in July. This door swings both ways, bruh. You were the ones who said Seattle Saban wouldn't be able to recruit. He landed a Top 3 class last year and looks to be well on his way to doing it again this year.

No. It was depth and two sides of the football learning a different system and terminology. We also had probably the worst QB to start at Alabama in over 20 years calling plays at the line of scrimmage.

There were multiple first year starters on both sides of the ball. In a new system, with a new coaching staff. And yet they were in a great position late in the year. To sit there and argue they can’t make a jump in year two is unwise.
