There's not a single starter on the list of 8 out transfers. Of that 8, almost none of them had significant playing time this season.
What we have coming in will either start or have playing time. So yeah, it's a win.

It is a flex because we have been in this position almost every year under Kiffin. The flex is that it's happening again.
