So the exact same quotes they used last year, cool
Bert is nowhere near the hotseat

True, Bert did finally beat Mississippi State for the first time last year. So I guess it's an improvement..

If he wins less than 8 he's definitely on the hot seat imo. At 8-5 he could still be there depending on how the losses happen.

What if at least one of those losses is a 56-3 type arse thrashing

The 2007 SEC was one of the best years ever for any conference. The SEC didn't need 'Bama in 2007. 7-2 in bowl games. LSU won the NC !!!!

Lol, you say that with pride. Of course he isn't close to the hot seat. Who would Arkansas replace him with? Exactly, no one.

15 million buyout and 2019 instate talent means no coaching change for awhile. Deal with Bert, 3 more years for sure since he is competent enough to win 6 games

I do wonder how he feels now about his decision to go to Arkansas
I think he underestimated how grueling the SEC is, how tough our recruiting territory is, and he overestimates how good of a coach he thinks he is.
Dale Denton will be along shortly with Bert's jewels lodged in his throat telling me how great of a coach Bert is.

Damn, have to respect you for that. It appears to be accurate.

Lots of stories out there that Bret left Wis. due to serious constraints on financing. He kept losing staff members to other, lesser schools because the A.D. would not authorize above average salaries for his staff, year after year. He was, by most accounts, fed up with having to hire new staff every year, especially with all the good results he was having.

You can really tell why Arkansas fans love Bert. He's the living embodimentof their fanbase. Fat as shite and talks a big game only to end up with a mediocre at best season every year

But, Bret would beat the frick out of every coach in the SEC in a fist fight, except maybe Coach O.

arkansas like, legit, should have two five stars in the state of arkansas for 2019 and one of them is hunter henry's little brother that's an auto lock and the other is from warren who sent jarius wright and greg childs to fayetville. bert isn't going anywhere

I don't disagree with you...we need to grow some better Defensive players though. That's been our problem...
