This is the sad world we live in today, when a man gets fired for pulling quality arse, of legal age and consent. 
IMO he should have got a raise and week's paid vacation.
ETA there's a reason I love farming. I get to do whatever the frick I want.
Just don't have sex on the seat of the farm truck and lay on the CB radio mike. A fellow worker of mine made that mistake once and the whole farm heard it...bad thing was it was another worker's wife cheating on him. Was quite an entertaining day
